These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Avana.ai ("the Service"), a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to generate personalized recipes based on their available food and dietary restrictions. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
 
Use of the Service
a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the approval of a legal guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have approval from a legal guardian.
 
b. Registration: To use the Service, you will need to create an account and subscribe to a plan. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
 
c. Subscription: You agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan. The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide during the registration process. You acknowledge that failure to pay the subscription fee may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
 
d. Quota of Recipes: Your subscription plan will provide you with a certain quota of recipe generations per month. This quota will be specified in your plan details. Unused quotas will not be carried over to the following month.
 
Content and Privacy
a. Recipe Content: Avana.ai generates personalized recipes based on the information you provide, including available food items and dietary restrictions. You understand and acknowledge that the recipes generated are for informational purposes only and may not account for all possible allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the recipes are suitable for your individual needs.
 
b. Data Privacy: We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
 
Prohibited Activities
a. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
 
b. You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
 
c. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or any related systems or networks.
 
Intellectual Property
a. Avana.ai's Content: All content provided through the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Avana.ai or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
 
b. License: Avana.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for its intended purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written consent.
 
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Avana.ai makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.
